Anyone familiar with Dr. Gotts no flour, no sugar plan?
He has a question & answer section in our weekly newspaper & I noticed some lady mentioned this & that she had dropped from a size 16 to a size 8 in a year by following it. I was just curious as to what it was. The only thing I have heard is that it is low-carb vegetarian. Is that claim true? Anyone around here follow it? If you do, I'm just wondering how you feel on it.

dr gott is in my newspaper too. i have the info that you can order for $2 and it is simply what it says no flour and no sugar. fruit is fine and so are potato chips. if something has flour or sugar in it it is not allowed. its not vegetarian at all. ( at least from the pamphlet thing i have.)
