A question about egg cremes

I'm doing atkins 72-induction. How does 2eggs 4tps of heavy cream and some vanilla divincis sound???

Sounds like egg cream . lot of good recipes on here I do this and add ice coffee and mix really well

I make my egg creme with 3 eggs, 1/2 cup Hood's Calorie Countdown 2% milk, splash of heavy cream, vanilla davinci's, and nutmeg. It's great. I think you should add some milk or unsweetened Almond Breeze to your recipe, but try it first and see what you think.

on Atkins 72 induction just rememeber that that is all your cream for the day.

mix up the ingredients you listed then pour in a splenda sweetened soda like diet hansens and you're good to go!

Also may want to consider adding some coconut oil to the mixing part.

I use 3 eggs, 1/2 cup sf chocolate almond breeze, 1/2 cup coffee, dash of heavy cream and 1pckt splenda. Its like a mocha frapuccino!
