do you take any pills?

This is maybe my 4-5 time doing low carb and i always have great success, got pregnant so of course had to get back on after i had the baby. I was just curious what supplements etc everyone is taking. i never took or take anything with this WOE....is that not a good thing?

If you're doing atkins (and I know not everyone does here), he says don't even think about not taking supplements. I take green tea extract, chromium picolinate, L-glutamine, and a balanced multi-vitamin every morning. The only caution I have about green tea extract is the caffeine in it-- I know some of us are trying to wean ourselves off caffeine. Hope this helps!
