BAM!
Well, I have to be honest I was doing great (with 7 pound loss) until a dinner party last Thursday night. Then, BAM I fell off. Starting back today with reinduction! Why did I decide to cheat? Am I insane? It was so not worth it and has taken me 5 days to whip it back into shape. I felt so much better last week than I do today. For those of you that are tempted to come off your diet (say for a bday party, dinner party, or wedding) Take my advice. DONT DO IT!
=)~ Hope everyones having a great week! Mike |

Thanks for the push Mike!
![]() Today I was so tired, I was ready to throw the towel in and start eating high carb foods! It's only my 9th day and what kept me from doing so is, I lost 9 pds, although, I know that won't happen every week, it's a good start ![]() I have done Atkins many many times and I always remembered after falling off the wagon it's so hard to get back on! Good for you starting over! Don't give in! |

You can do it. Don't give up.

Hey Mike, good job hoping right back on! I have to say you are quite a hottie!
![]() Wait I think I was too busy thinking about how cute you are and didn't really read your post....whoops. So you are having a hard time getting back on? Try re-reading a little of the book. It might help. You can do it! Last edited by g8rchic : 07-29-2008 at 07:45 AM. |

I was 6 months into the progrm and doing great and a vacation to the beach did me in! I have finally gone now 4 days cheat free since falling off the wagon one MONTH ago. Not too much damage (5 pound gain) but I felt like I would NEVER be back in control! I KNOW how you are feeling, but ALL OF US CAN DO THIS1 Remember, it is a way of LIFE not a diet and we need to readjust when we slip before the slip up becomes a way of life! You have done great! Hang on, it will get better!

Try planning out your meals for the day and don't waiver from the plan. Maybe having something set will help. Also don't think just because you haven't gained yet that you can keep eating off plan. It gets easy to justify things to yourself that way.
