Back Again After a Long Time Away

I joined about 2 years ago I think and was sitting at around 265 or so. In November of 2006 my spouse of almost 16 years told me he wanted a divorce. Turned out he was having an affair. He denied it of course but the proof was everywhere. We were living on an island and I could not get off until June 18 2007. I am applying for the divorce as he won't and my weight is sitting at 160. Problem is I go up and down 10 pounds continuously. I am in a happy relationship now...need a tummy tuck like crazy and a boob lift am working 10.5 hour days at desk job. I am currently pretty much living on Atkins Advantage shakes....1 or 2 a day. I just never seem to be hungry. On days that I do eat I have to be very careful as I suffer from IBS and Celiac disease. Any suggestions on how to get food into me without the up and down all the time and how well do the shakes work? I know I am not taking in nearly enough of anything but can't get an appetite when so many things make my conditions kick up and even looking at food seems to make me gain weight.
