ahh, yes. But I read in another thread that you still like your coffee...

! How's that going? I, for one, really enjoy a cup in the morning. And a big glass of fizzy diet pop in the afternoon- one thing at a time, I guess!

Florida shell so proud of you

One addiction at a time...It has took me
20 + years to quit biting nails
32 years to quit smoking in Jan 08 :35 years for the caffeine in Nov 08
working on the diet caffeine free Pepsi down to one or two a week. gave up chocolate candy bars sweets in general June 08
the only thing I have left to lose other than 100 lbs is my mind.
