F-WORD >:-[

and the "F-WORD" of the day, is FLUCTUATE!

I was in the wonderful ONE-derland yesterday, and now I FLUCTUATED back up! I know I probably am constapated, and have some water weight, and I know it's normal and temporary...

I'm not giving up or anything, not by a long shot... But it's just so frustrating when I'm at such a milestone number... I know it's only a number too, and perfectly normal....

I know that I shouldn't weigh every day... But too bad. I do.

Oh well... It'll go back down...

Yes, but you know that once you see it you get to claim it , you knew it was going to bounce for a few days but if you just keep on doing what you have been doing, it is going to bounce back down there and then even lower. Don't get discouraged

I feel your frustration!! I remember all too well that time period when I teetered back and forth You stick with it and watch your sodium ( salty foods get me all the time ) drink your water and you will be back in onderland in no time!! Congratulations on your loss so far

Heh, WhatJelly, it seems with almost every post you make, I think to myself "I know what you mean!"

When I finally dipped below 300, I was SO nervous about getting on a scale and seeing that my weight had gone up enough to put me back over 300 again. I refused to let my wii fit weigh me for over a week. Granted, I'd step on the regular scales to check once a day (it doesn't RECORD my weight like the wii does, so it's not official!) and it took me a little over a week to make the under 300 lbs weight stick.

I know what you mean. My scale did the up and down during induction. Now it just sort of sits there at the same weight for seemingly endless amounts of time.
