Any good low carb magazines or exercise magazines?
Does anyone have magazines they recommend as an asset or that is actually helpful day to day?

Even though they're not necessarily low-carb friendly, here are a few of my favorites: Women's Health, Shape, Self & Prevention. I enjoy reading the success stories, motivational stories & different workouts to try.

I have a subscription to Fitness magazine. It has some good fitness articles/tips, like getting rid of cellulite, dropping a size through exercise, bikini body, etc... However, it does not cater specifically to lowcarb eating. You could ignore the food articles if they don't fit your plan.
Here's a link to the website page:Fitness Magazine: Weight-loss plans, video workouts, abs exercises, diet plans, beauty tricks, and health advice You could check it out online and see what you think. |

I find them all a waste of money, the boards give me more help and info.

There aren't any low-carb magazines currently in print. There was one for some time, but it is no longer available.
