FYI, the default dairy used to top off the shaken (and very frothy) SD is 2%, which is why I always specify a 1/2" of heavy cream. I want that in lieu of the 2%, and I don't want 2 or 3 inches of the stuff on top, just enough to make it creamy. The drink is really dark, with coffee colored froth on top from the shaking, so when they add the cream, it flows down into the drink. Man, it is pretty! The other nice thing about this drink is that it is priced more in the Americano range than latte. So it's affordable, too. OMG!
