If you had five free hours in a day, how much of that time would you spend

doing physical activities?

My work schedule just got changed so now in the mornings, I have five free hours of time. I get home in the evenings and do the housework. The house I live in is small so there is never too, too much to do. And it's nice to wake up to a clean house.

I do exercise like Pilates & resistance training. But I'm thinking-with five free hours, I could get outside and do some walking. Or maybe go miniature golfing. Or do some bowling. Maybe get some rollerblades and go rollerblading on the 40 mile trail we have here. Just some sort of physical activity to keep the body moving rather than sitting home for five hours. I sit for 5 hours at work & that's long enough.

I just want to say enjoy!

I have most of my day free. ... I spend way too much time sitting in this chair.

But I must say I've probably learned more about other cultures, philosophy, government,
geography etc. in the last five years than I did the previous twenty.

Google and Yahoo know more about me now than I my family does.

My "free time" gets spent on the Wii - mostly doing Wii Fit, but also have discovered that bowling is a blast and golf is golden! (who knew - I dislike regular golf intensely....)

So I get in HOURS of "exercise" which I consider "having fun" - gotta love that.

Rollerblading sounds fun too - I have a pair someplace, but I'm worried about falling any more so I haven't used them in years.

Five hours? How soon can you make it to WI? I'm spending the whole day cleaning top to bottom DBF's 1/2 ton extended cab Chevy cuz it's going up for sale. Is polishing chrome considered physical activity? I figure I'll take a pic of a Bud Lite around noon, send it to him and tell him how much fun I'm having cleaning HIS truck.

Do you have a bike? Is there a trail near you? Biking is always fun. Hitting some range balls at the golf course comes in a close second.

No more than I already do. I exercise when I feel like it. I'd rather spend extra time doing something enjoyable. Not that exercise isn't ever enjoyable.
