I haven't weighed this little in 8 years

oh my goodness.

Made it down to 317.8 this morning. Woohoo! New low record! I haven't weighed this little since my first year out of college 8 years ago!

I FINALLY made it out of the 320's, it seems like I was stuck there for months! Kind of had a mental block about the 320's too b/c that's the lowest I ever made on previous weight loss attempts before ballooning back up.

So glad to be over that hurdle with a brand new goal and attitude. Only 17 more to go to mini goal, and got that pesky 320 out of the way.

C'mon everybody, just keep at it and eventually the scale will get moving again!

thanks! I hadn't thought of TWOdoland, but that may stick. A while ago I had in my sig I couldn't wait to feel TWOrrific, but I like TWOdorland.

Lets take a poll and see what everybody likes better. I know you ladies are wanting to get to onederland, but a lot of guys only need to get to the two's. I think LCF needs an official term for being in the two's, but I don't know if an accepted one exists already.

I so know what you mean about the mental block thing and being at a weight you've gotten to before successfully, but ultimately gained back weight.

One fear that has always been in the back of my mind is that the way I feel right now... that I've found what works for me, that I'm gonna get to goal... it's how I've felt before. So I've had that nagging voice in my head telling me "this is no different than last time. You lost weight before doing lc. But you're gonna go off plan, and then give up."

But now that I'm out of the 300's for the first time in 13 years... and I'm still losing... I've finally got the strength to tell that voice in my head to stfu.
