Starting induction tomorrow!

I am starting induction tomorrow. For some reason I got off of the lowcarb band wagon and started doing low fat. Needless to say I have gained weight. I am once and for all starting tomorrow. I have started a thousand times but this time I must stick to it. I do good and then I get on the scale and if I haven't lost what I think I should I get discouraged and quit. I have got to get over this and stick to it.

Look at this as an exciting adventure moving towards your best New Year's ever!

Instead of spending December 31 wishing you'd done something wonderful, take a day at a time. They start to add up so quickly, and before you know it, you're toasting your amazing losses on December 31.

Life is meant to live! You can do it!
