HezzieLee...Are those BACON BOWLS?

My mouth waters every time I see your avatar, HezzieLee...Are those bacon bowls in the photo?

If they are, do you mind sharing how you make them? They look delicious and handy.

Thank you!

I have. I even made some recently. More trouble than they are worth, imo. Bacon is meant to be eaten, not sculpted.

Hi! Thanks for all the interest! I'd love to say that I'm a gourmet and that I make these all the time...but I found them googling images of bacon specifically for my avitar! (insert sheepish grin here.)

I've heard that there's a site called notmartha.com that has them as well.

Make that dot org. She shows you how to make them. What some people come up with amazes me. I never would have thought to weave bacon around the cups of an upside down muffin tin.

They turn out great, too. But I'd rather wash bacon grease off the inside of a non-stick skillet than off the bottom of a muffin pan. But I'll definitely make them again for a special occasion. But that's just me. I'm lazy.
