Has anyone tried this? It is recommend by Dr. Mary Enig as a calcium supplement. Thanks Jeanie

Hey Jean....

Wow... that brought back memories. Took them in the late 70's but not taking any calcium supplement right now.

What I really hang my hat on is Potassium supplements and Magnesium supplements. I try and get my calcium through food.

I picked up some at vitamin shoppe today and mixed it in with my fage and a little unsweetened dry shredded cocount. Not bad and delivers 1100mgs calcium carbonate - 2mg iron- 630mg magnesium

I did in her coconut milk tonic-its very gritty. It's cheap though-a big bottle is only $4.29 at Vitamin Shoppe.

People put dolomite on their lawns here. It's also good for killing moss on a slippery wooden deck.
