(yes I had to use a little duct tape to keep from popping out if I had to bend over... LOL it worked like a charm)

those egg creams do the job for me.

also the coconut oil

and NONE of that low-carb foodstuff has crossed these lips.

Thank you for giving us that prospective of being overweight. You are right we wouldn't have had the opportunity to be here together on this site learning from each other if it were not for our weight.

I just got back from my son's wedding and even though I only lost 18 lbs before the wedding it did help me feel better about myself. I think this way of eating has been the least restrictive I have ever known and it is actually pretty easy to do. Thanks for the pics.
