Yeah, it does. I just faced down temptation last 2 hours. Was in a meeting and a teammate brought bagels and fat pretzels. For about 10 minutes I was having horrible cravings, but I just reasoned that I want to lose what I regained and get to next goal (75lbs down) and this is the way.
Besides, now two other coworkers have gone low carb, seeing what I've accomplished.... Can't give in now. Was hard as I was feeling hungry and couldn't leave. When over, hightailed it to my tupperware of HB eggs and bacon. ...I'm fine now... : )
