water
i have finally found a palatable way to get my water in...i put about 1T lemon juice in 20+oz of water with 5-6 drops of stevia. does this "count" as water? i have read that lemon juice can act as a diuretic, am i going backwards by adding the lemon juice to my water to up my fluid intake?

I do this all the time. I drink about 100 ounces and it all has lemon juice and stevia. Some folks will say it counts, some folks will say it doesn't but I say it does. My thoughts are this. If it's not carbonated or caffeinated, it counts as water.

I agree with Allie. That is how I enjoy my lemonade. If you really need the help to get the water down, then by all means add lemon and stevia. But try to get yourself used to drinking water by itself. Just my thoughts though.
