so for the past couple of months i have gone back to the lc woe i enjoyed and thrived on for a good 6 yrs, until i got pregnant with my first son and went waaaay off plan and gained 100lbs between 2 babies.

getting back on my eating plan has made me SO much happier! it's motivating me to put myself first as well! i am buying (and fitting into!!!) nicer clothes, getting my hair done again, wearing makeup....finally returning back into the woman my dh met & married. not miserable, fat and thinking about what i could eat 24/7.

when i was thin i used to get stopped in the street, the bus, the grocery store, you name it... CONSTANTLY with ppl telling me that! it's funny, when i met my dh he had a HUGE thing for her...maybe thats what attracted him to me lol?!

thanks everyone! i am feeling SO much better than before going back to this woe! my skin is better, i feel better, have more energy, i look better, don't obsess over food...the list goes on!

as for how much i've lost, i honestly don't know! i don't weigh so i didn't weigh before either. i have an *idea* of how much i was, but who knows! i've lost 3 pants sizes and 1-2 shirt sizes depending on the make.
