About oils for skin care?????
Has or does anyone use argan oil as a beauty product? I have been using the olive oil as a cleanser since I read about it here,I have to say that the blackhead on my nose are considerably less since I began. I have recently purchased the jojoba oil also I have used it on my hair and on my face as a moisturizer. I also purchased some tea tree oil for my acne,it seems to be helping as well. As soon as I can I am going to also try the emu oil. I read that some of you use castor oil also ,but I don't remember for what. If anyone has more oils or suggestion for these please let me know I am very interested!
Thanks to all in advance!!!

I do the olive oil/castor oil thing and stopped for a few weeks and noticed that my skin looked worse, so I picked back up. Face already looks more supple, so I'll stick with it.
I do however use a regular cleanser too just because my skin is fairly oily. |

Argan Oil for Skin Care
I have been using argan oil for skin and hair care for over a year now. It is much lighter than any of the oils you have mentioned and is absorbed right into the skin. Your skin does not feel greasy after using it, just soft and hydrated. It also has the highest concentration of vitamin E, antioxidants, and other natural skin enriching nutrients. I use a brand called Kaeline and is is certified organic. You can buy it in the USA at Xandra Renouvelle. (I tried others and didn't think the quality was as good.) It is excellent for acne and blackheads as well, especially for older skin. The "teen" products are actually too drying. Kaeline also has some wonderful argan oil creams and a night balm. My skin is 100% better and many of my friends now use it too. Xandra Renouvelle Home Page

I'm using evco, vit E oil and castor oil and jojoba as a cleanser. For a twice weekly srub, I add a half packet stevia. I use sweet almond oil at night and jojoba oil for a daytime moisturizer.
I've had problem skin since I was about 8. After following this oil cleansing routine for a couple of weeks, I've gotten three compliments on my skin this past week! I must be doing something right! I'm so thrilled I can't tell you. I've never, never, ever gotten a compliment on my complexion before and I'm now 59! k |

Here's the main thread on The Oil Cleansing Method. It's great. I've been using it for several years.
