Cleaning at 4:00 am

I got up at 4:00 am and started cleanning. I must be sick....

I just can not sleep.... I have been so busy with everything else that I have not been able to clean, now it is driving me nuts .... I am a cleanning machine today.

Hilarious -- the same thing happened to me, only I've been up since 3. Ironically, I opted to get on the computer instead of cleaning much more... and I found the LCF site and this message board! YAY!!!

I am not sure why deep ketosis would make me want to clean, however, DH is thrilled....

I just can't sleep and I am off to clean the bathroom.... THEN the Kitchen..... OH what FUN!!!!!

When I'm in ketosis I have endless energy! :-) I just started showing traces today so YAY!!

SOMEONE stop ME!!!!! IT is pushing 8:00 and I have not stopped yet!!!! I keep finding things to clean!!!!

I think I will put up the new screen door...

I bet dear Husband will NEVER NOTICE that I have done this much cleanning. HE NEVER DOES, but boy he sure does know how to complain about it being dirty.

On to the next chore, I have made a list so I can show the kids how much I have gotten done.... Since some of these items were theirs to do about 4 weeks ago..

I often have trouble sleeping when I am not taking enough minerals and I am really in deep ketosis.

I take ConcenTrace Trace Mineral Drops (full dose), Electrolyte Stamina (half dose a day), and one coral calcium at night. It seems to really be helping me this time around.

I have cleaned enough for one day.......... NOW to pick up the kids and cook supper.

I stayed up last night until 4:00 a.m. cleaning my house, so I know where you are coming from. I'm not in ketosis though.
