You look GREAT!!! How much fruit do you eat daily? And- Do you eat mixed nuts daily? Sometimes I think (and everyone else around me) that I am too strict. I would love to incorporate these items in my diet daily. Thanks in advance kathy

Of course Dr. didn't say anything about your diet.. you look amazing.. he (or she) would be an ass to talk against it.

I would love to know how the blood work goes.. I am going in two weeks to get mine.

I was wondering a few things tho.....I am gonna to try your menu for a bit so I just wondered if the pb is regular or sf? And is the salad green or mixed?

Hey Louise,

I eat smuckers all natural chunky pb.
My salad usually consists of leaf lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, radish, salt, pepper & garlic powder.
