We had them last night...DH cooked them on the grill...ooooohhhh, so good!!! Gotta love ribeyes!

Ribe eye is my FAVORITE steak and Favorite thing to eat. I actually had one (rare) with Steamed broccoli and BUT-TAH for dinner.

For desert, I had a cup of tea, with Coconut oil and sweetener...And 2 squares of Lindt 85% Chocolate.

The only thing that could have made my dinner more perfect, is if I had Lobster or Crab legs with it. lol

Rory,Where have you been?We have not seen you around lately.I have to say,I have been on low carb strike.And I do not feel terrible like in the past.Don't know what that is about.Rena
