I'm not Allie, but Linda Sue has an awesome chicken, sausage and mushroom casserole on her website. You'll need cream cheese and cauliflower too. It's yummy!

Thanks! This one? Linda's Low Carb Menus & Recipes it does not have cauliflower? I just checked it out, do you think you could just chunk up the chicken? I have left over homemade rotisserie chicken...deboned for the most part.

No, the one I make is this one: Linda's Low Carb Menus & Recipes
Yes, you can just chop the chicken into chunks and it will be delicious! |

And I cant take full credit for that recipe. I got the idea from Linda Sue in the first place. You can fix ANY CASSEROLE using veggie of your choice, cheese, sour cream, cream cheese, heavy cream (I prefer calorie countdown milk) and whatever meat you like plus seasonings. Just think up stuff and try it.. that's how I came up with that recipe but alot of Linda's recipes have that premise so I give her credit!

Well dayum, I tried the chicken, sausage, mushroom tonight and I am HAPPY and thinking I will be fixing this at thanksgiving (and all the time really!). And now i have another one...Allies...
I think up stuff and try but right now I am trying to stick with what ya'll pros have been doing - cuz i have royally screwed up doing it my way. |
