iTunes has LC stuff

I was browsing through iTunes, and there is the Atkins For Life audio book... which would be good to listen to on a road trip or something?

and I just searched "low carb" and there are pod casts [which are free] and you don't have to subscribe to the cast, you can just listen to it...

I have one playing right now...

And if you search on Eating Low with Amy - you'll find lots of lessons from Amy (of the Protein Cookie).

I will get ont that as soon as I finish this series of My Super Sweet Sixteen I just bought on Itunes. Yes, I am a 37, almost 38 year old woman, married mother who is addicted to that stupid show.
