Weightloss Tracker
Hi, I used a weightloss tracker in the past. It was a graph and I could enter my weight each day and have the pleasure (or not) of seeing how my weightloss was progressing.
I have forgotten where I used it. I would like to know of a good one that doesn't get me loads of spam and, hopefully one that I can put past weights into so I can see my progress to date. Any ideas?? |

I use Sparkpeople.com and I love it. I have also used Fitday.com
I am not sure if either can be backdated, but its worth a try. I bet some one has created Excel sheet to do it also.. maybe do a google search? Good luck! |

Thanks for your reply. Yes I use fitday but I am not keen on the graph they do. I will look at Sparkpeople. I am currently trying Fit NRG. AM putting in information and seeing what results I get. Trouble is they insist on having my BMI and I cant supply that retrospectively. So I am giving my current BMI and I have no idea how that will confuse things till I finish putting all my stats, LOL.
Excel, hmm not good with that..... ![]() |

Wow. After reading this thread I went to fitday and plugged in my current and goal weights and a tentative goal date, and it told me how much I have to lose each week to get there. (2.17 lbs) That's so inspiring because I know I can do it!

Yes, I have used Fitday a lot. I just wish the graph was nicer. LOL sorry to be fussy, but if I am losing all this weight, I want it to be well presented, ROFL!!!
BTW the nutritional entries are more user friendly than the one in Fit NRG, -you can be more specific on portion size without weighing. |

Bibby, I think you should get a giant whiteboard, and bright shiny markers! Make your own chart! Could be fun :-)

It might be easier. Thing is, I used one once before and it made a dot with a line going to it from my last weight. It was brilliant and now I cant remember where I got it from. It may even have been the Atkins site itself.....

Lynne, I use the Tickerfactory service that Val posted a link to. I really like the graph, and they calculate your BMI for you . . . plus you get a cute li'l ticker . . .
![]() Here is an example of the ticker and chart: ![]() Whoops, just noticed I entered my weight wrong today better go fix that ![]() Last edited by YellowRoseTX : 07-03-2008 at 11:43 AM. |

Oh yes, that's really good. I did visit it and chose my background and little indicator and then thought THAT was all it was. Now I see your screen grab, I am very intrested. Thanks very much.

I found a great progress chart on the site On My Weigh. From the home page go to tools. You can enter your start weight, goal weight and then when you update each week it gives you how much you've lost total, average loss, how much you have to lose and a projected goal dated based on your pattern.
I believe it's from a WW person so it's based on weekly weigh ins. If anyone is savvy enough with excel to figure out the formula and change to daily weigh-ins please let me know. ![]() |
