So who's working out today?

I will do my 4 mile run when I get off work tonight.

Have a good workout and burn those pounds off.

1 hour, 20 minutes weights in the garage. Arms and shoulders day.

ALL DONE!

I'm seeing good improvements in my strength.

Going to the gym this am with hubby. He's going to show me the machines so I can begin working on my upper body. So, hopefully, half hr cardio and some upper body work out.

Don't be scared of the free weights. I do 90% of my workouts with 'em.

I do miss the calf raise machine...

I did an hour of water walking and pool exercises with a little swimming as well. Too windy to ride today but I'm thinking of doing some time on the indoor bike as well as some kettlebell work.

Stand on a bench or anything raised a little off the ground with a free weight in one hand

Well I ran 6.3 miles this morning and will run a 4th of July midnight 5k tonight (another 3.1 miles!) HAPPY 4TH EVERYONE! GOD BLESS AMERICA!
