I'm planning on 20 minutes with my 5-lb hula hoop and DH and I will do a walk this evening. Whenever I'm on the phone I like to walk or march around. Gotta keep moving, right?

![]() I did half an hour of cardio followed by 40 minutes of weights in the garage. I think I got overheated, I had to stop a couple sets short. My medication makes me more prone to heat exhaustion but I'm not going to have a pity party. I stopped before I got into trouble and I didn't hurt myself. I also did a lot of good. 40 minutes of weights is 40 minutes of weights! ![]() |
