On my way to the gym for 30 min wo with trainer. Maybe some cardio when I get home.
Went for "walk" with dh last nite....walking with him requires me to run slow! |

It's my first day back at the gym! I'll be having an assessment and have a program set up and do a short session to get used to the equipment again. Then from Monday, it's the real thing!

Wish me luck! I'm heading out for a bike ride before the storms hit! I'll ride in the park a couple miles from here so if it starts to rain, I can get home quick! If it stays dry, I can probably get close to 20 miles in the park if I do some creative riding!

Off day, but I unstacked a pallet of soda, helped DH with moving other cases of soda, 4 hours at work on top of that, walked 15 minutes, and shopped for 2 hours.
Some off day. According to fitday I burned almost 1000 calories. |

the gym was closed so i devised a home program and got crazy sweaty and winded, all in a good way. about an hour -bw and weighted stepups, pushups, lunges, ball stuff, mountainclimbers, back, shoulder, chest, very slow as i only had 10 lb dumbbells, squats, crunches. intended to do cardio but didn't have the time, but i think my heart rate was up anyhow...
