I like being hungry too. Not starving, but I like to be a little hungry before eating. I have never understood the idea that feeling hungry is wrong or bad. However, I would agree that one should eat before becoming ravenous.

This week has been kinda strange for me. I think I've made some mental progress in this journey I'm on. I mean before, I was eating bacon... but it was accompanied with feelings of guilt. Now I'm PROUD to eat bacon!

It looks like a mirror in the background. The "pickle" is just the reflection in the mirror being difficult to distinguish what it is....at least that's what I thought....LOL...

I'm seeing this in myself too, as I view 'hunger' as a feeling that thin folks do not regard as alarming or a signal to eat. Nice to sit with the feeling, knowing that it will pass. It passes. Sometimes I drink some water, to see what effect that has. Sometimes I just sit with the feeling.

Is this what thinking thin is like? Not bad. For so long I took this feeling to mean that I just *HAD* to stuff food into me. No longer. Now I know it's just a feeling and that it will change, as feelings do change. Interesting discovery!
