i'm a live and kicking, but boy oh boy is it hard. no dairy has created all sorts of cravings for me. *sob* day 6 today. no progress yet. i keep telling myself it is because of TOM, but in all honesty, this is harder than when i did induction the first time.

Ugh! It sounds so awfull. Ya know, if you actually don't lose for the whole two weeks of no dairy, at least you'll know that DAIRY ISN'T THE PROBLEM - its not as good as losing but it might be worth it to take back your dairy with no concern that its causing the stall...
