Sour cream on induction?

Hello friends,

I have misplaced my DANDR book

and I can't remember how much sour cream is allowed on induction. I saw on the Atkins website it said 1 oz per day. I thought the book said up to 2 Tablespoons? I have to get out my food scale. I don't trust the Atkins site anymore

Can someone look it up for me in their DANDR?

I love scrambled eggs in the morning with cheese, salsa and sour cream thats why I'm asking. I also think I read sour cream can be a staller...what is everyones experience with it?
