meals for yesterday (induction)
I ask almost everyday but I worry that i am not eating right and won't get into ketosis. I am going to buy ketostix today because I HAVE TO KNOW! Anyways, yesterday I ate:
B scrambled eggs with hot sauce and 2.5 strips of bacon L Rotissery chicken with a very small amount of cucumber salad S Pickle spear D Omelet with ham, onion, cheese, and cooked in butter Is that enough fat, protein, and carbs?? I tried using fitday and HATE it! I love dailyplate but they are often very off on their ratios. I just need the feedback from experienced LCers. I love this site and have found it SO very helpful! |

If you were not hungry, it seems good, but I need more food than that. Also, I would avoid the rotissery chicken cause they usually season it with things like sugar and other stuff that could cause a stall.

I see very limited veggies. Atkins is controlled carb not no carb. 12-15 of your Induction carbs should be from healthy veggies.
