MAJOR LCF POSTER!

my shoprite in brooklyn...
currently has the Atkins CHOCOLATE ROYALE SHAKE, which is more chocolatey than the regular chocolate. It is 2 net gr, as opposed to regular van & choc, which is 1 net gr each. However it is worth it. They no longer have the ENDULGE bars, and they only have 1 flavor of the Advantage bars, choc. Peanut Butter, (which is my fave). However, at $2.29 a pop, i cannot maintain a stockpile of them. Those of you from Brooklyn or Manhattan if you have access to alternative sources of low carb items from Atkins, or otherwise, do tell. Love & Profits: FLATFERENGHI

I cannot remember the price but I was at Sam's last week and they had a lot of the 24-pack Atkins Chocolate Royal shakes. I remember doing the math and it came out a little better than getting them at Walmart. I opted for the case of EAS Chocolate instead.

thanks for the tip, luvs
btw, i am assuming that is your little girl. can one be cuter than that? I suspect she gets her looks from her mom. (btw- i shall probably be visiting that chinese buffet on 18th & 86th in the very near future, to scope out low carb opportunities) May the gods grant that someday, it will become a great low carb get-together spot. I am always passing that area on my pilgrimage to the TASTY PASTRY SHOPPE on 13th ave between 82nd & 83rd St. (I actually proposed marriage to one of the girls who worked there. i had assumed that the bakery was the dowry. i was so wrong!!!)
