Dear "time flyes when you are not having fun" reponders. I need to hear from you. You said what you did and I listended and this week I lost 7 pounds. I know without doubt you were a big reason for my success. I can't find my thread to thank you. Please step forward - a big old cyberspace hug is in order.

Keep reading the board, there is soooo much inspiration here! More often than not you'll find a poster that has lost 70-80-90+ pounds! All from LC... I personally find that VERY inspirational!

Just hang in there, and it'll keep falling off!!!
