Induction Ideas

I need some ideas for meals for my induction. I am in the process of reading the Atkins new diet revolution, but I need to know some stuff now. Thanks!

Find any post by Cheri and look at her Induction website. It has everything there.

But also READ THE BOOK...and read it as many times as necessary.

Today I had Ribeye and softly scrambled eggs for lunch. It was so satisfying.

I love cabbage augratin, found in the recipe room.

Linda Sue has her induction friendly recipes marked so its super convient to find something legal.
