She should get into Bento - that's some talent there, IMHO.

Yum! I'm a sushi addict, and now that I'm maintaining, I have an occasional cheat meal. My next one is Friday because it's my birthday, and I'm having sushi! But the rolls I'll have aren't nearly as healthy!

I often make sushi rolls with just crab (or salmon, or tuna) with some veggies and roll them up in nori. It's a great low carb snack/meal! I've also made it with riced cauliflower which actually turned out pretty darn good!

Yes, I've not thought about it much lately, but I do need to stock up on food items in case (God forbid) another Katrina comes through! Of course, from what I remember, without electricity, it was too hot to eat anything.

Yum! Spam masubi! I had never had Spam until I had it this way a few years ago and I love it! Not sure I can bring myself to make it myself though. I will check Trader Joe’s for the shirataki, I already have the nori wrappers at home. I think I will try it with either crab or shrimp and avocado.

I bought several bags of the noodles and couldnt get past the texture. Not sure if I got yam or tofu based tho...? Any tips?

You could also make those into hand rolls, and add in shredded daikon, crab meat, radish sprouts.. etc.

I was just in Hawaii (Im from there) and the first thing I had to do was get me my musubi ... so so good.
