These are all awesome ideas. I still can't get past cinnamon pork crunch though. That's just ridiculous. And dangerous. I LOVE that cereal. I'm glad I could only find one bag of pork rinds.

If you really want to taste THE most amazing pork rinds ever..try going to a local mexican meat market where they make them fresh daily! Oh man..these are like nothing from a package! They also sell chicharonis ( sp is way off..but don't have time to go look it up LOL) which is the pork skin with some prok still on roasted...it's crunchy yet chewy and oh my goodness...unbelievable!!!!!

I Just made carnitas last night in my crock pot..whiich we ate with sour cream, avacado in lettuce wraps.

Just get a big pork roast....add 1/2-1 cup of chicken broth ( enough for 1/2 inch of liquid at the bottom BEFORE you put in the roast. Add 4-5 cloves of crushed garlic and set on low for about 6-8 hours. I set it before I go to work..and have my kid turn it off when he gets home ( so from 9 am-3pm) there is nothing like it!

I paid $1.99 for mine as well, but that seems pricey to me for only 1 qt. I've made my own before, but not sure that's worth doing.

I don't think those bacon bowls are leak-proof.

I just finished a plate of PR Nachos for supper. Oh.My.Goodness. They were WONDERFUL! I just put shredded cheese on them, melted it under the broiler, added some sour cream and taco sauce. YUMMY!

AND... they kept me from diving into the pizza the kids were eating tonight. Ya gotta love that!
