I am THIS close to running to the store tomorrow to try them out. I walk around with DD around the city for average of 2 hours a day, If these shoes do what they claim to do, I should have some killer legs by the end of summer. hahahhaha

they work on the concept of walking on sand. I think they are great, but cant wear them they are only made for narrow feet. I ended up buying something similar but more of an orthopedic. I love the idea. I would work up to walking for more then 15-20 minutes though, it would be hard work!

They do not help legs. I have them I wore them alot and only thing it helped was make a varicose vein come out of my leg. I cant recommend them at all. Also after wearing them all day I hurt in my feet and legs and they were swollen. So I am back to my tennis shoes.

Sounds like another one of those "if it was that easy, everyone would be doing it" things.

I've sadly concluded that there are no shortcuts.

I agree. Regular flip flops tend to hurt my legs and these are very comfortable. I don't tell any difference in tone after wearing them for hours on end, I've had no problems with varicose veins, etc. I do jog 3-4 times a week, so like the other runners I believe that works better. Maybe for someone who doesn't exercise these would work out your legs some.

I bought a pair when the first came out and thought they were too ugly to wear in public so I just wear them around the house. I find them very comfortable but they certainly are not doing anything noticable to my legs.

Also, if you plan to purchase a pair- they run large so if you are a 1/2 size go down not up.

they did a review for our local news called deal or dud. They claimed they are a dud in the aspect that they won't help THAT much but that they do have some benefit and it was a doctor who said she HATES flip flops but she said these are better than regular flip flops for you.

I couldn't wear them because I hate between the toe flip flops.

Here is the result of my search--I still have no idea of if they work or not. Just lildragonfly. Since I have had a varicose vein removed I am not sure if I want a new on in its place....ABC News: ABC News Search

They look very stylish anyway!
