I have MBT Sandals and boy do I feel much more of a workout when I wear them. It really does feel like walking on sand and its hard. I walk for 4-6 miles a day and I struggle to finish 2 miles when in the MBTs. I try to wear them more just around the house. I definitely notice a difference but walking on sand seriously sucks!

Well I haven't tried them and would like to know if they worked but I don't see it as something that is "that easy everyone would be doing it" because the bottom line they TONE, no where do they claim that they help you burn fat, lose lbs or work your heart.

Well we don't really "tone" our bodies so that is just a marketing ploy. I seriously doubt they do anything extra to help build muscle or burn fat unless they encourage the wearer to do more walking.

I can tell you those tonewalkers would have me in the ER? I would trip up on those things so fast!

So, Lucky....have you gotten them yet? According to the Good Morning America segment they are unavailable stateside--you have to order online or overseas. Would like to know your take on these.

doubt = no proof. Proof is in the low carb pudding! Tone is a word, such as diet that shouldn't be used to explained a temporary weight loss but a weigh of eating. Tone means firm up and yes we can and do, do that.

I have a pair and love them. I have severe arthritis in my lower vertebrae, and these keep me centered and alleviate much of my pain. They are also the only pair of "flip flops" I have ever owned that I don't grip at with my toes each step. Very comfy.

No swelling or probs here!

You need to check on the meaning of the word. It is used incorrectly much of the time.

These are shoes. They don't build muscle. Show me the proof that they do.
