Are you still using Digestive Advantage™ Constipation Therapy. I just ordered it..I can not stand (brace yourself) the goat doo doo I have ..i never go but when i do it is like a gum ball machine;D

Has it helped? I have been taking my Florastor but it has not helped that AT ALL. An i suddenly have had alot of acid reflux.....ever get that?

Hey sweetie. Naw but it is a GREAT product. I just dont really use it anymore. I use both Natural Calm and OxyPowder or Mag07 (check google for info). But YES the DA Constipation Therapy does help. I also am still doing Florastor but I'm on my last bottle and not looking forward to spending $100 for 3 more bottles. I'ma try to quit the Florastor and see how it goes. I've tried b4 and uh NO I couldnt quit cuz the IBS came back (tummy pain). That stuff is some GREAT stuff for the pain.

Yeah I do like the DA Constipation Therapy. I FORGOT I have it in my arsenal... might add it back or rotate it into my 'supplement menu'. lol

No I dont get acid reflux hardly EVER. Only time I got that is when I first started LC (still have no clue what that was about but it was BAD)...

My acid reflux is killing me...I had it like 10 years ago. And my thyroid meds I think are outta whack again...i think!! Maybe my carbs are too low. who knows.. I know about the florastor thing. IT is the ONLY thing that takes the pain away.

Yeah I like natural calm. Have you tried the meds for acid reflux? Check to see if Digestive Adv has an acid reflux formula....

Hi Aim ~ I've had the same issues as you. I don't know if you are trying to go the natural route but if not, I used Prilosec for 2 weeks and my reflux disappeared. When the constipation hit, I used one dose of MiraLax and it set me regular again by the next day. I hope this helps. It's miserable, I know.

when I'm that "backed-up" I use this and it works like a charm!

Traditional Medicinals | Smooth Move for Relieving Constipation

(I also use Natural Calm each evening + I have Rx Miralax)

But Smooth Move is what REALLY gets things moving for me!
