You can really eat too much jicama.

I'm just sayin'.

What have you probably eaten too much of recently?

This is not recent, but I once ate way too much raw broccoli. Let me just say, the result was NOT pleasant.

*sticks my finger in my nose and in micki's and somethingblue2u's too tempting foods to keep them on track*

I also had to give up Swiss cheese. I think the holes were addicting.

Not recently, but every time football season comes around I can be found in front of the tube gorging myself on jalapeno poppers!

Freeze it in portion-sized bags and then you can take it out and nuke it whenever.

Fat! I always enter my food in FitDay after dinner and, since I've been trying to up my fats, discovered too late that I'd over done it! OMG! Ratios and carbs are OK but calories were way over.

Well, tomorrow is another day and I'm going to try to enter while I eat so I can correct before it gets ridiculous again.

Thought of another one. . .until recently, it was not uncommon for a largish tub of whipped cream cheese (Wal Mart brand only, thank you. . .I'm a cc snob) to disappear in two days. And then another. And another.

And I'm not suggesting I did anything other than eat it straight from the tub, either.

I allow myself something similar to this once a year. I can polish off the entire dish by myself.

time for confession. I haven't been eating right since March. When I started walking in April, I kinda gave myself permission to eat anything within reason because I am walking off 500 calories a day. So I haven't really gained, but I certainly haven't lost. I need to re-focus on my WOE because all the exercise in the world won't help when you eat the things I have been eating.

CREAM!

I Love hot tea in the evenings, it helps to relax me after a very long day. Unfortunately the amount of cream I consume in a week is outrageous. I take cinnamon sticks and soak it in a container of cream to flavor it..it's so good.
