Fawn thats a bomb idea. Maybe the sticky could have links to some of the recipe threads etc.

I use NUTIVA and I add it to my tea especially when it is solid. When it gets warm enough to be liquid I will probably just take it straight. I have no problem with CLO so CO shouldn't be a problem to get down.

Thanks so much for the helpful advice! If this question does come up as frequently as people say then yeah, a sticky note with the basics would help for SURE!

I'm really looking forward to trying it for cosmetic/aesthetic purposes as well.

I ADORE Nutiva for my shakes,egg creams,iced coffees,and hot cocca. I need to now get some high quality CO that does not have the strong flavor so that I can use it in things where I do not want to impart the coconut flavor. I use the cheapo stuff from WM for topical purposes,but am soon going to upgrade to something higher quality.

Isn't this a place to ask questions? Don't new people join here everyday? Do they automatically know about the search function?

When I first got here I posted a question about hard boiled eggs and was told very rudely that the question had already been asked. I quit posting on the ML.

I wonder how many people quit posting here or simply left because they felt stupid for asking a question. If you don't want to answer the question 9526347 times, don't. I'm sure there are other people who will.

I'm not specifically talking about you but there are some who make it a point to go into these every thread and criticize the OP.
