Good Morning!!
Breakfast - Chipolte seasoned ground beef omelet. Lunch - Broccoli-cauliflower salad, BBQ ribs, and twice baked fauxtatoes. Dinner - Lettuce salad and taco pie. |

Morning morning...
Breakfast - two scrambled eggs, two pieces of turkey bacon Coffee w/1 Equal Lunch - either bunless burger or tuna Dinner - grilled chicken and a salad w/Ken's Northern Italian dressing <---turning into my favorite part of the day! I have been have 1/2 cup of sugar free orange jello at the end of the day and it has been the perfect ending. My husband always makes a big bag of microwave popcorn after we walk Seamus and I need something not to be tempted!! |

Hi
It's almost 10pm at nite here in Singapore.... I'm pretty new here but not new to LC diet. this is my second round of LC WOE after staying fat with the excuse of "i had given birth and can't lose all the weight gained" hahahah, the real reason is that I am a huge sugar addict and have been procrastinating... Anyway, here goes : breakfast : - nuked eggs (3) with melted sandwich cheese in it... a small portion colesaw made previously Lunch : - baked salmon belly with mayonnaise , pepper, topped with mozarella cheese...and a portion of coleslaw. Drink : Diet Coke 1 can Snack : 2 slices cheese crisps (sandwich cheese nuked till crispy..about 2 mins in microwave with cheese on parchment paper) Dinner : Same as breakfast, but with some stir fried spinach instead of coleslaw... upped the fats level by melting butter in the eggs... the soft and custard-like nuked eggs tastes soooo great and fulfilling cos of the cheese and butter!!! It was AWESOME: chix breast,mushrooms,baby corn,pea pods,broccoli water chestnuts sauteed in peanut oil,w/coconut milk and fresh cilantro,and garnished with a bit of green onion tops YUM,YUM,YUM!!! |
