?? RAW EGGS ?? - Page 2

I eat a raw, organic, free-range, FRESH egg every morning in my RAW MILK smoothie.

I don't break my eggs directly into the blender, but rather into a cup first. If the egg yolk doesn't break too easily I deem it good to go in my smoothie. I've been doing it for years. Love it. Where you source your eggs and how fresh they are makes ALL the difference.

Since eating organic and/or free range I can no longer eat the regular eggs from the grocery store.

I find them boring and bland, both in looks AND taste LOL
