I feel like the luckiest egg creamer in the world! I was at my brother-in-law's over the weekend and he has 4 chickens. He said I could take some eggs back if I wanted. I said Oh yes! I got 8 nice ones and have used some to make egg creams yesterday and today. I can't say I notice any difference but it's nice to know they came fresh from salmonella-free, free range, organic chickens!

I finally was able to pick up some sf jello so had the orange flavor today. Gosh it was good!

I LOVE these but the soy protein powder caused me to hold onto weight and not loose. I got off the powder and dropped 8lbs. BAM!!! So...what can I use in the place of that. I need to use the Whey stuff but does anyone notice some slowing down with that?

I make mine this way. I don't like sweet coffee drinks so I do 1 cup cc choc, 1 scoop Jay Robb choc protein powder, 1 egg (working up to 2 this week), shot of vanilla davinci and ice. Amazing protein content keeps me going through my hardest workouts and they are yummy - I plan to make one for DH later so he can taste.

Ok well tell me how you make yours. I love these and in the morning I am always running late. I also want something induction friendly. Ohhh and I don't really do coffee. It is the caffine, I never really drank soda pop or anything else with caffine so it really does a number on me. I have always been a water drinker.

I use 3 washed eggs, 1/4 c chocolate calorie countdown, 4-6 oz cold coffee, a couple of pumps of syrup, then I blend in my magic bullet. I then add a little crushed ice and a few shakes of xanthan and blend!!! yum...is this legal?

I have made them two different ways from other people's ideas.

2 eggs
1/2 a packet sugar free jello mixed with 3/4 cup boiling water, stir til melted. Add a few ice cubes to cool it down
2 T. half and half
a little splenda

Blend, serve over ice (I've tried peach and orange and they were both fantastic!)

the other way:

2 eggs
1 cup diet chocolate soda (not sure if this has caffeine or not)
2 T. Kahlua da vinci
2 T. half and half
a little splenda

blend and serve over ice
this would also be good with other sodas and changing the flavor da vinci.

I consider both of those induction friendly but I think some people don't consider sf jello for induction.

I have an egg nog flavor da vinci I may play around with tomorrow.

Mine are easy and very low carb. I mix 1/4 c water with a couple of pumps of Davinci syrup (been hooked on Spice Blend Lately), heat in microwave about 45 seconds. Add one or 2 eggs, blend with stick blender until frothy and add to about 5-6 oz hot coffee. Tastes just like cappuccino with cream, but no milk or cream added at all. Only 1 carb!

LOL no, I am close. DS 8, has never eaten an egg in his life (well, scrambled anyway). He tasted mine and now he wants 3 or 4 every morning! Not bad but he puts so much salt on it

I do my morning egg creams with 6 oz left over coffee + 1 scoop choc whey protein powder. Whirl in the magic bullet and put in fridge. In the morning, I melt 1T CO and blend with 1 egg. Pour into coffee/pp, mix and drink! If I am running late, I just drink the coffee/pp and leave out the egg. I might go ahead and add the egg at night but I didn't want the CO in the fridge...

My night egg creams satisfy my snacking craving before bed. 6 oz hot coffee mixed with 1 egg, 1/2 T choc divinci's, 1/2T cream, and 1T CO. I actually crave this now. For some reason, caffeine doesn't seem to affect me in any way, morning or night.

I'm so glad I stumbled onto this thread last week!! I started doing the egg cremes yesterday morning and I luuuuurv them I can just tell that this is gonna change my mornings completely. I'm hungry when I wake up, but don't feel like eating. Talk about a catch 22 situation... So these babies are just perfect for me. Thanks to whoever came up with this!!!!! Can't wait now to see what they do for my weight loss. Will get back to everyone on that.

Here's how I make mine:

2 eggs
big glug of cream
1 scoop chocolate flavor whey protein powder (3 carbs per scoop)
1 cup of cold coffee with sweetener
dash of cinnamon

I don't have a blender so I just put this into my whey protein shaker and shake it up by hand - works perfectly. So I estimate the total carb count for the egg creme to be 5. I'm gonna try it warm tonight, can't wait!

Just FYI, you know you can low-to- zero carb whey protein, right?

Also be careful of a big glug of cream-2 oz or 4 tbl which is easy to pour out has around 2 g of carbs.

My heavy cream has .416 carbs per tbl or .82 per oz which is 2 tbl-it depends on the brand.

Wow! I just tried an egg creme now for brekkies, devine. i added 1 sachet splenda, but i could do without it.

1 cup hot decaf (no cream)
1 egg
1 scoop (20g) light choc whey protein powder (Carb 0.4g)
1/2 tblsp heavy cream
1 splenda

Mixed it all in a blender, with an awesome frothing.

Can you say heaven in a tall mug!

MMmmm, Coconut Heaven!

(made a big batch for a couple/three days' delight)

leftover chilled coffee ~ creme brulee
2 Tbsp. Coconut Oil
Splash or two of Davinci's Coconut SF Syrup
Splash of heavy cream
9 eggs

Even the clumped coconut oil isn't bothering me in this concoction.
