Free: Low carb cookbook for men

Hey all,

I admit it. I'm a bit strange.

Some people journal. I write a low carb guide for men.

When I started Atkins, I was clueless in the kitchen. I asked for help, got it, and wrote things down.

If you would like a copy, it's free. There are some simple and quick recipes and ideas.

If you would like to help me by adding your own simple recipes (that even a man can follow), I'm happy to receive the help and ideas.

Just go to: Untitled Document

Regards,
Paul

I'd say this just isn't for men. It is also for us women that have a hard time finding time to cook. Very nice. Thanks for the hard work putting this together.

ab, I'm not a guy, but a brief look at your cookbook tells me it rocks!

How wonderful of you to do this! I'm printing it out for my husband. I'm always worried he'll starve if anything happens to me!

I just printed out all 28 pages and actually started reading it (since I read cookbooks like novels anyway...)...YOU ARE HILARIOUS!

Honestly, you could publish this stuff. I've read (and bought) a lot worse!

Thanks for the positive feedback.

Like I said, I really wrote this to help myself. But if it helps others, great.

I'm a much better cook now. My wife even wants ME to do the cooking on weekends.

And I really encourage contributions from others. I get tired of the same things after a while.

This is great!

I'm sending it to all my male and uncoordinated female friends (that's not a bust - I'm uncoordinated too!). Thanks for compiling these and if I run across a good, simple recipe I'll send it over!

Paul,

Where have you been all my life? I think I'm in love (or at least serious like)!

This has been my biggest complaint, dealing with recipes that are too complicated or require trips to a speciality store. This really rocks, easy and with a bit of comedy.

Thanks very much...I'll be sending you some of my quick and easy "man recipes".

Jim

I just read the introduction, and the first couple of recipes. This is awesome! My husband has been a Chef, for over 30-years. I had him look at this and he said, "Please email me the file". He loves it!
