My goals are simply to get to my goal weight of 180. There will ofcourse be a minor celebration when I go under the "Mendoza line" (200lbs, you baseball fans should recognize that). And to keep running. I have not competed in an organized race since HS, so maybe thats a goal as well.

Seth, I hear ya man....Keep it up, and the weight will come off!

Get the rest of this weight off. I would love to get down to 150 or lower, depending on how I feel with my body at the time. And at this rate I think I could get down to a size 8, since I am 200 and in a 12 right now.

Kinda new here, but my goal is to be under the BMI range for my petite frame (4'10). I currently am at 147 and need to be under 120. Long term goal is 110-115. Maybe even smaller depending on when i get there. :-) I REFUSE to buy any new clothes until I absolutely HAVE to--meaning only when my pants start falling.

To concern myself more with being healthy than being a number (whether weight or size), because I have been my "number" many times, but you know, its not like something magically happens that day. Its a day just like any day that I am another number. Soooo, I am in a healthy range, and I am happy. I will focus on exercising, and making good food choices 97% of the time, but that other 3% of the time, I won't feel guilty. If my number goes down, then that is a bonus!

My weight loss goal for 2008 is to get back in shape and to lose about 25 lbs. I feel so much better when I am under 135 lbs. I can even bend over and tie up my shoes and sill breathe!
