WOW!!! That is amazing! What a great pic to use--keep using it as you lose. I keep a pic of myself 40lbs heavier as a reminder of where I was and where I will never be again. I still keep my old driver's license with my 40 extra pound face and I look completely diff. now!

Oh my goodness, you look like a brand new person! The thighs, legs, arm and belly are consistently shrinking! Good for you and continue to your goal!

Thanks again to everyone! I appreciate all of the encouragement. I had another happy moment today. I bought a pair of size 8 shorts. Hey I don't know if they are vanity sized are not but it sure seems a lot better than being a tight size 16!
