Does flavored ground coffee have carbs?

I've been using my espresso maker a lot lately, but I wanted to switch it up with different flavors. So I went to safeway and they have all kinds of flavors Caramel Truffle, Chocolate, French Vanilla etc. I went with the FV because I'm pretty sure if it did have carbs it would be pretty low, but what about the caramel and the chocolate?

My understanding is that all brewed coffee has carbs. I use ******.com and a 6 oz. cup of coffee has just under 1 carb. I usually have 5 cups a day and that is tracked as 4 carbs.

Flavored coffees are flavored with oils and I doubt they would make a really big difference in the carb count but I really don't know. You may seek out info on what the oils are made with. I am sure Starbucks Web site has info.

If the package doesn't say that sugar has been added, I think they're OK.

I love flavored coffee!! And coffee in general

That's the thing, there are no labels to read. I'm grinding the beans myself at the grocery store.

From what I've read, the beans are roasted with oils and the oils infuse the beans with scent and flavor. They're not sugared in any way and I doubt they have any more carbs than regular coffee.

Yeah, I have some like that, I guess I figured that if sugar had been added they would have to list it on the package, so if it wasn't on there it was safe?? Not the best method, I know, but they didn't seem to be affecting me negatively and I really didn't want to give them up
I'm glad to see others have actually done the research so I can continue to feel good about my treat!

I love, love, love, my flavored coffee. Right now, it's Gevalia Cinnamon with cream. It sure tastes like a sweet treat, but I sure count on it not being one!

I get the vanilla carmel flavored Coffeemate Sugar Free. It does have corn syrup as an ingredient but it's only 2 carbs for a generous sized serving. I only have it once a day or every other day and usually use less than the serving size. It's pretty good stuff.

Sorry for resurrecting such an old thread. It was the first match in Google.

I am at work and all I have is French Vanilla Gevalia coffee.
There is no sugar in the ingredients.

Is this ok? Carb count.

Yes, its fine. Some count the carbs in brewed coffee and some do not. It is nearly negligible unless you drink a lot like I do. I count each mug I drink as half a carb. The flavored coffee does not appear to have any more carbs than unflavored so just count is as you normally do you coffee.

If it is really important to me, and I know I want to consume a lot of something like this, its worth getting in touch with the manufacturer to determine if there are additives. If I just can't find that information, then I limit my amounts and consider it as having 0.5 carbs per serving. Just to be safe.

If you research coffee and their flavoring most times is it done with oils.
