Michael Thurmond and 6-day makeover
I've heard some talk of people trying to the 6-week makeover, but for those who are curious, Woman's World Magazine this week has an article on the 6-day makeover. It is the June 7th issue. It gives you the recipes for your body type that you follow for six days.
I just thought I would pass that along for those who are interested. It promises up to 12 pound loss. Basically it is eating five times a day. Meals include egg whites, brown rice, grapefruit, fish and chicken.
